Established in 2017
YeDoma Consultants, LLC was established in May 2017 by Jesse Reinikainen, PE, a Professional Civil Engineer and emerging business leader in New Mexico. Founded by a local New Mexico graduate, YeDoma Consultants, LLC is a New Mexico entity committed to excellence.
The firm was established after Mr. Reinikainen's extensive experience working with major engineering firms including Gannet Fleming West, Inc. and AMEC, where he served as Geotechnical Manager. His international experience in Alaska, Canada, Russian Far East, and Australia, combined with his local New Mexico roots, provides a unique perspective on engineering challenges.
Since our founding, we have grown to serve clients across New Mexico and neighboring states, delivering quality-based geotechnical and civil engineering services for local, state, and federally funded projects.

Managing Principal Member
Professional Civil Engineer and Managing Principal Member with over 25 years of experience in Mining, Water/Wastewater, Communication, Power and Transmission, and Surface Transportation Sectors.
Wesley Cook, PhD, PE
Senior Engineer
Professional Civil Engineer with a PhD, specializing in Accelerated Bridge Construction (ABC) and probabilistic analysis of bridge collapse. His dissertation "Bridge Failure Rate" has over 60 citations.
Stephen Lopez, PE
Senior Engineer
Registered Professional Engineer with extensive experience at NMDOT as Bridge Engineer, Project Development Engineer, and Technical Support Engineer. Previously served at Los Alamos National Laboratory and US Forest Service.

Ryan Smith
Senior Technician
Senior Technician with extensive experience in construction materials testing. TTCP, ACI, ASTM and AASHTO certified. Lead (Journeyworker) material technician mentoring apprentices.
Diego Sanchez
Apprentice Field and Laboratory Technician
Apprentice Technician enrolled in Construction Management at UNM and the first Field and Laboratory Technician Workforce Solutions recognized for completing his YeDoma apprenticeship. Gaining experience in AASHTO and ASTM testing procedures while supporting Tribal, Local, and State Government agencies.
